Optional Admin Services

Monitoring & Rebooting

Server administering is a major duty for inexperienced VPS end users – you need to monitor how your VPS server is doing, to determine if it’s under stress, to check if all the services are running just fine. It’s a duty that requires constant attention, and you probably don’t have time to deal with that. For this reason, we offer that we carry out the task instead of you. If you make use of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your server and all the processes running on it. As a result you will have much more time for your web sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

If you own a popular web site or a data–intensive web application, it is of crucial importance to keep a full back–up copies of everything. Unfortunately, setting up an automated backup system can be difficult. This is the reason why we offer you our Optional Admin Services solution – we take full responsibility to maintain a full backup of your VPS server, not only of your websites and data, but of all the custom modifications that you have added. Our backup scripts run each week, retaining all the changes that you’ve made during that period.

Installation & Troubleshooting

If you want your virtual server to have video conversion or video streaming capabilities, you have to install & configure certain software apps on it. And if this sounds like something way too time and effort taking for you, then our Installation & Troubleshooting service, part of our Optional Admin Services package, is definitely the most suitable solution for your needs. Using it, you will have the full and undivided attention of one of our qualified sysadmins who will install and set–up any software application or resolve any trouble that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services solution is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Hosting Plans. With the KVM VPS Hosting Plans, it is an extra feature.
